Gold Coast Signature Dish Cook Off

Every great chef begins his or her career as a great apprentice

The Gold Coast Signature Dish Cook-Off is the annual culinary competition whereby local Chefs and Apprentice Chefs put their imagination and culinary skills to the test to create a dish that captures the essence of the Gold Coast.

Promoting home-grown talent and fabulous produce, the competition will be fierce to "cook-off" and impress the judges with an entry that showcases the diversity of regional Gold Coast produce.

Free for FINALIST competitors
Entry fee to GC Show for visitors
