Gold Coast Signature Dish Dinner

The challenge has been set and won!

Be the first to taste the 2008 Gold Coast Signature Dishes cooked by the region's competition-winning Chef and Apprentice Chef as they showcase their winning creations.

Hosted by MC Chef Mark Kujawa, the winners will present their signature dishes, as part of a three course menu, supported by promising students from the Gold Coast Institute of TAFE.
