Tantalise your tastebuds at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove’s renowned ‘The Fireplace’ restaurant, during the Tastes of Gold Coast festival.

Diners can get adventurous and experience the succulent flavours of wild boar, rabbit, venison, quail, ox, kangaroo and more, with a selection of some meats sourced locally.
