Waterfront Food and Wine Festival has a growing reputation as the Coast’s one-day food and music event not to be missed.
MasterChef Australia Judge and Celebrity Chef George Calombaris will be joined by renowned Melbourne Chef Tobie Puttock (Fifteen Restaurant) and acclaimed local Celebrity Chef and Ready Steady Cook regular Dominique Rizzo for a regional showcase comprising cooking demonstrations at the Waterfront Food and Wine Festival on Saturday 22 August.

Puttock and Oliver set up the first Firfteen Restaurant and Foundation in Hoston, London. Puttock later returned to Australia to set up the Australian version of Fifteen Restaurant and Foundation in his home town of Melbourne.
In addition to great culinary talent on stage, this event also includes a full program of music, this year sees headline acts including Daryl Braithwaite, The Beautiful Girls and Tex Perkins (from The Cruel Sea) along with local talent Diana Anaid and singer songwriter Dan Carroll performing on stage at the festival held at the Carrara Entertainment Complex.
Sample the festival menus from a culinary who’s who of restaurateurs, taste a selection of wines from over 80 of Australia’s top wineries, and enjoy all day entertainment for the whole family including kid’s rides and a play area.
