This 3 course dinner menu will feature some of the Gold Coast’s signature flavours as well as using local hinterland wines to match the dishes.
The Gold Coast Arts Centre will be your caterer for the evening with all produce, wines, crockery, equipment and wait staff supplied for this memorable evening.
Raffle tickets are strictly limited and can be purchased for $10 each at any of the 31 participating events in Tastes of Gold Coast, or by visiting Café Arts at the Gold Coast Arts Centre.

Terms & conditions
- Raffle tickets will be available for sale from 8 July 2009 until 3pm 13 September 2009 unless sold out prior.
- There will be a maximum of 1200 tickets available for sale.
- Tickets cost $10 each.
- Total Value of the prize pool is $2500.
- The Raffle will be drawn at Level 2 Holden Place Waterside West Building Bundall, Surfers Paradise on the 21 September 2009.
- First prize shall be allocated to the first ticket drawn.
- The winner will be notified by telephone and registered mail.
- Prize must be claimed by 20 December 2009 excluding Public Holidays and Sundays.
- The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
- Arrangement of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner and the promoter will not be responsible for any costs. The arrangements can be made with Mr. Jason Solman (Gold Coast Arts Centre on 07 5581 6595) the date of the dinner will be on a mutually agreed date and time between the winner and Mr. Solman with consideration to Chefs availability prior to the 20 December 2009.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by the winner (including but not limited to consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
- First Prize is a dinner served at the winners home or agreed location within the GCCC boundary including chefs, wait staff all equipment, crockery, cutlery, food and beverage consisting of a 3 course (entrée/main/dessert) single drop with matching wines (Prize sponsored by the Gold Coast Arts Centre Pty Ltd & The Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre).
- No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
