Room81 Head Chef, Paul Smart has captured the best of local products in his impressive canapé selection, with Moreton Bay bugs, Hervey Bay scallops, Toowoomba quails, Caboolture strawberries and Mount Tambourine chervil headlining throughout the five course journey.
Cocktail connoisseur and Restaurant Manager Martina Minkner, isn’t one to be upstaged and has created an equally impressive cocktail selection. Coolum raspberries star in the Sofitel Highclass cocktail with Currumbin Honey adding a sweet thrill to the liquid toblerone dessert.
